The Community Innovation Practitioner 2025-26 awards are a signature investment of the AHRC Creative Communities programme at Northumbria University.
A key feature of the CIP awards application process is the opportunity for applicants to submit a video or written application. This video application option has proved popular and led to applicants and their partners having greater viability in the awarding process.
The video application gives life to the places and spaces that are key to place-based innovation and illuminates the policy contexts and research ecosystems of the devolved nations and mayoral authorities of the UK.
