The AHRC Creative Communities programme Scotland Policy Lab took place in Edinburgh, at the Scottish Storytellers Centre, on 31 January 2024.
Though creative facilitation, the Health and Wellbeing Policy Lab encouraged cross-sector discussion to harness opportunities and tackle challenges using culture as a lever to unlock the potential of devolution.
The policy recommendations from the Policy Lab will enable arts and culture to create a stronger, fairer economy and society through delivering cross-sector into healthcare targets. The policy proposals will be presented to a diverse range of stakeholders including the Scottish government, local NHS trusts, universities, funders and third and private sector organisations later this year.
