The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) is a Mayoral Strategic Authority.
The GLCCA was established in 2025. The inaugural mayor, Andrea Jenkyns, was elected in May 2025 for a four-year term. She works with the leaders of constituent councils on devolved decision-making and funding.
